Today
Founder · The Mental Endurance Academy
Combining expertise developed across sport, military, and international high-performance environments to make elite performance repeatable.
03 Philosophy
Greatness is rarely a question of capability.
Most performers have already demonstrated moments of exceptional focus, confidence, resilience, leadership, and execution. The challenge is not proving that elite performance exists — it is learning how to access it consistently when it matters most.
His mission: practical mental performance tools that help people navigate pressure, overcome adversity, build confidence, and sustain success.
Mental performance is not reserved for moments of crisis. Just as we train the body before challenges arise, mental skills can be developed proactively — to strengthen performance, improve consistency, and sustain success.
04 Who he serves
Some arrive struggling.
Others arrive thriving.
The challenge may be overcoming setbacks, adapting to a new level of competition, recovering from injury, rebuilding confidence, or reconnecting with the performance they know is within them.
The challenge is often managing expectations, handling increased pressure, navigating new opportunities, and sustaining success as their performance reaches new heights.
If there is a recipe for success, there must also be a recipe for sustaining it.
We've seen the greatness.Markus Hawkins · The Mental Endurance Academy
Let's make it repeatable.
